Cabin
The spacious, stand-up cabin is completed with precious wood veneers, rich, supple leathers and the finest fabrics to create a feeling of functional luxury, while the galley's gourmet capabilities can assist in elevating the experience to the exquisite. The Bombardier Learjet 60 XR cabin has a unique oval cross-section, which gives seven passengers more seated comfort than other aircraft in its class. Exceptional head, shoulder, elbow and leg room allow you to enjoy your trip without feeling constrained.
A key benefit of the redesigned Learjet 60 XR cabin is its interior modularity. Separated into two equal-sized forward and aft zones, and with strategically located lighting and gaspers, the Learjet 60 XR cabin features an expanded selection of floor plan possibilities. The increased number of floor plan options allow for a cabin that is perfectly designed to meet your specific requirements
Flight deck
By applying the latest flight deck design, human factors and systems technology, panel scanning has been reduced and data presentations have been simplified. This engineering effort has effectively minimized pilot workload while increasing situational awareness. Key to this is the pristine layout and sensible ergonomics of the aircraft's Rockwell Collins Pro Line 21 digital avionics suite. The Rockwell Collins Pro Line 21 avionics suite of the Learjet 60 XR is an advanced fully integrated system. The avionics system features an Integrated Avionics Processing System (IAPS), dual Mode-S transponders and an Electronic Flight Instrumentation System (EFIS). Installed on either side of the instrument panel are four Electronic Flight Displays; these are two Adaptive Flight Displays, AFD-3010, Primary Flight Displays (PFD), and two AFD-3010E Multifunction Displays (MFD). This system features PFD backup and radar displays for pilot and copilot, dual PFD instrumentation, dual flight guidance, dual control display units, dual air data computers, dual AHRS, and dual COMM/NAV/PULSE radios.
Engines
Powerful, steadfast and exceptionally quiet, the Pratt & Whitney PW305A turbofan engine has set new standards for business jet propulsion. Low in fuel consumption and high in thrust, these reliable power plant's Full-Authority Digital Engine Control (FADEC) noticeably reduces pilot workload. The engine's unique fan contour maximizes airflow to ensure optimum performance and efficiency. Variable compressor inlet guide vanes ensure rapid response under all conditions.
