Gulfstream G450: when style meet substance

A direct descendant of the thoroughbred, the GIV-series aircraft, it's no wonder why the G450 is the most sought-after in the world. Gulfstream G450 will exceed even the most discriminating tastes. Although built with luxury in mind, it can boast of blue-collar performance. Anchored on Rolls-Royce Tay Mk 611-8C engines, upgraded to produce 13,850 pounds of thrust, and aerodynamic design, the jet thrives on extreme conditions while still promising comfort and smooth ride for its passengers.

The jet's cockpit showcases all the safety features that Gulfstream jets are known for. All the modern aviation technology found in bigger aircrafts are here, but there are only two things you only need to know about: the enhanced vision system, which provides pilots with a better view of runway markings or taxiways in bad weather conditions, and the synthetic vision, which will come in handy in zero visibility conditions.

Moguls, tycoons and companies do not purchase a business jet for the status symbol alone. A businessman who is looking for a G450 for sale, for instance, considers the purchase an investment and would likely want a return for every cent he puts in. Surely, he will salivate at this one feature that separates the G450 from the rest of the GIV-series: it is low-maintenance and fuel efficient.
If the buyer, however, is more concerned about shoring up his reputation and views ownership of a private jet precisely as a status symbol, the G450 will leave most other jets in the dust for sheer style alone. With six different interior designs to choose from along with a few other innovations, it's easy to personalize the cabin to suit the buyer's tastes. It is spacious and can seat 16 people with plenty of extra room to move about.
How about the travel time, you ask? At the max speed of nearly 670 miles per hour with a long-range cruise capacity of 8,241 km. To illustrate: the G450 flew from Denver, Co. and arrived in Honolulu, Hawaii in seven hours. That's an impressive performance for a jet considering that the average travel time between the two airports is 9 hours.
Production of the aircraft stopped in 2002 but not before rolling out 500 units. By purchasing one, you will be part of a select group of owners who regularly realize why comfort is a necessity everytime they fly. Just a warning, however, it's not going to be easy to find a Gulfstream G450 for sale although it's worth mention that one jet brokerage company, L & L International, promises that if it doesn't have one in its stock, it will help you find one.
